This last weekend was a busy one! We were out of town at my in-laws and for the US Open and came home to lots of damage to our house from a hail storm that happened on Sunday morning!
It’s been a little crazy to say the least!
What did we do all weekend you ask?! Oh just a little bit of this and that 🙂
My sister-in-law turned 21 the weekend before so while Logan golfed with his Dad, I headed to Dockside for a drink with my SILs and MIL.
Such a fun place to grab a drink by the water!
The Mr smoked two pork butts (did you see these videos?!) and we brought them with us for everyone to try! Â So after drinks, we headed back to my in-laws and had over the family for some good food and games!
We hit up the Farmer’s Market for some flowers and cheese curds 🙂
Afterwards, while the boys golfed again, we headed to a few wineries we’d never been to!
The first one… was legit in some guy’s basement!! Can you believe that?! We had no clue until we got there but we decided it was an adventure 🙂
The next winery was more legit and had a beautiful back drop (as most wineries have!) and their wood fire pizza was so good!
The last one we tried for the day was at an old school!! Seriously though… I can’t make this stuff up! ha! This was our least favorite (wine wise) but it was fun to check them all out!
Since the boys weren’t with us for the day (or when Dee ordered a drink the day before) we headed to the Ground Round to get a drink with her!
The next morning, we (I say we but let’s be real… I didn’t do anything!) got Cambree (my SIL) set to head to the airport for her trip to England! The hubs had a bit of homework so we stayed back and while he did that, I headed to the Outlet to do a little shopping!
After they got home from the airport, I headed for margaritas and queso with my MIL. Let me tell you… they were sooo good! It was a new restaurant so my MIL wasn’t sure how it would be but it did not disappoint!
Monday morning we were up bright and early and made our way to the US Open at Erin Hills. Â Both my MIL and SIL joined us this time (and my FIL) so it was fun to have them experience something Logan is so crazy about!
Hope you enjoyed the picture overload for this Thursday!
Back to cleaning up all the crazy debris in our yard now and dealing with all the contractors/insurance company! Let’s hope this is a simple process 😉
What’s going on with you lately?!
Kristi
YAY to wine tasting! And darling, you always look picture perfect in your colorful outfits. I wish I could pull off colors like you can! #outfitsonpoint I’m sorry about the hail damage, I know that is costly and I hope your insurance covers it appropriately…I know most will underpay and there’s a lot of lawsuits because of that.
