It’s finally spring!

Happy Tuesday!  This warmer weather is making me crave spring! And guess what?! It’s officially spring after yesterday!  I’m hoping the sun sticks around for at least a few more days! I love taking when I go outside and I can just smell that spring is coming.. does that make sense?! Another random fact: Until yesterday, I totally thought seasons were capitalized… but apparently since they are “generic nouns” they aren’t. #whoops

Anyways… I’m linking up with Erika and Ashley for Tuesday Takk and my topic this week; this super cute gingham top because I just can’t…

I mean, those bell sleeves?! So good, y’all!  Perfect for a date night or just lunch with friends!

I’m in the process of revamping our front porch for spring and while it’s usually something I love doing… the gloomier/cooler weather had me all out of sorts!  One day it would be 60 and sunny and the next, we’ll have snow. It’s been hard to get in the spring mood with that weather!

My Mama bought me the cutest big flamingo for the front porch and I’m hoping that gets me in the mood to get it together!

The hubs and I are planning a trip for my birthday in May and are deciding between Atlanta, Dallas, Houston or New Orleans?!  Any suggestions for which place we should go?!

Everything about this outfit is amazing! And lovie, your lipstick shade is stunning on you! I totally get what you mean about the weather being all over the place. That was our “winter” here but mainly it was warm with a few scattered days of cold weather. Miserable. Pick a season already! 😉 I am going to selfishly vote for Houston, because hello! I’d love to meet you in person! There are perks to each city, of course. But, I’ll go out on a limb and say that if you come to Texas then you might enjoy Austin because it’s in the “Hillcountry” so it’s prettier, lots of music and fun bars, there’s Lake Travis to go to, or a short drive to New Braunfels if you want to go tubing or go to the best waterpark ever (Schlitterbahn) and Gruene, TX nearby it for the oldest dance hall with live country music. New Orleans would have the most cultural experience with jazz music and Cajun food and art. A few days there is plenty enough though! I’m excited to see which one you choose. =)))

Yes I totally have to tug a lot of them down.. ALL THE TIME! And I try to avoid those because that’s uncomfortable and I look silly having to do it always! This one surprisingly didn’t do that for me! It stayed put and idk if it was from the elastic around the shoulder or what?!
