Hi, my name is Kristi and I am a wreath-a-holic! I absolutely LOVE making wreaths for every season and holiday! When I first started making wreaths, I was a little intimated!! I mean, everyone else’s always look so beautiful that I had serious wreath envy and I thought there’s just no way I can make a beautiful wreath like those.. and then I realized how easy it was!
Today’s wreath is the one that’s currently on our door for fall and I’m not going to lie.. I’m already thinking of the next one I can make!
I usually either look for inspiration on Pinterest or home magazines and decide what to do after! I found this particular wreath here! Then it’s off to your local craft store; Michaels, Hobby Lobby, JoAnn Fabrics, etc.
First things first, deciding the size of wreath you want to make! This should be based on how much “stuff” you want on the wreath itself!
Next, I go to the fall aisle and pick out some goodies to put on the wreath!
I picked out some white pumpkins, leaf stems and some berries. I had some burlap at home to make my bow but if you don’t have any- pick some up!
Also, there’s usually always a coupon for Michaels and Hobby Lobby- at least 40% off one item so definitely check that out before checking out 🙂
The amazing thing about this wreath, aside from how cute it looks?! It’s so easy! It really only takes about 10 minutes 🙂 The most time is making the bow! There’s a ton of tutorials on Pinterest for bow making so just type that in and find one!
The nice thing is that with everything having “picks” on them, you literally just slide them into the grapevines!
I first put the bow onto the wreath and then just slide in the leaves, berries and pumpkins and adjusted until I liked how it looked!
Next, I added the “G” to the right side of the wreath because #monogrameverything!
Lastly, find a good place to put the wreath for all to see and you’re done!
Easy peasy!! 🙂
I’d love to see all your DIY wreaths for the seasons and holidays! And if you haven’t made one and usually buy yours.. give it a try!

This is super cute and I love how festive and fall your front door looks! I always have high aspirations to decorate our front porch and I ususally just end up with a few plain pumpkins from the pumpkin patch! You have given me inspiration to try making a wreath though. Can I ask about how much did it cost to make this one?

Thank you! I used a few coupons and used the sales that we’re going on – so I believe it was about $15 total! Not bad for a wreath to use every year 🙂
