Can we just take a minute to soak in that we have a 3 day weekend upon us?! I’m pretty excited since we aren’t really traveling this weekend and can just relax a bit!  Also- can we just talk about how on top of things I have been this week for the blog?! I love when I can post every day but as we all know, that doesn’t happen too often.. So props to me!

I thought I’d share a few things on my mind and some of my favorites this week!

One

It’s pumpkin spice latte season, people and I.am.so.excited!!!! I love all things pumpkin and now that it’s September 1st.. It’s time to celebrate! While the hubs golfs on Saturday, you will find me putting up some Fall decorations.. it’s time, right!? I know it’s not technically “fall” but I’m totally ok with that! 🙂

Two

DIY projects are a definite favorite of mine! I made this wreath after work and it took a total of 20 minutes.. Including making the bow!  I’m thinking of doing a tutorial so let me know if you’re interested in learning one of these wreaths 🙂

These sweet little pups are always a favorite of mine!! Leinie’s paw is doing so much better and she’s back to her happy self 🙂

Four

We have fun plans at our friends Jess & Jeffs house for Labor Day and I’m so excited to see everyone! A few friends of ours had babies recently and we got the pleasure of meeting one little baby in June but have yet to meet little Ms. Harper! We are so excited to see the parents and babies 🙂 and of course Jess & Jeff! 🙂

Five

We finally get our couch this weekend and I can’t wait! I know I’ve talked about it the last few weeks but I’m so anxious to see how it looks with the hubs love seat recliner! Fingers crossed it looks beautiful 🙂 if not- his has to go, right?! Just kidding! I’ll have to buy more stuff to make it work 😉 Next on my list.. A rug and end tables! Woo!
